Coaching Terms & Conditions

If for any reason you cannot attend your lesson that week please email madisson@terrigaltennis.com.au. You will NOT receive a credit or refund for that class as you are holding a spot in the group however can attend a makeup class. Please see below for makeup class information.

In the event we need to cancel a class due to poor weather, you will be a sent a txt message 30mins before your class starts to let you know. You will be able to attend another lesson through out the week to make up for your missed class. Head to our website to find our timetable and a class that suits you. Please email madisson@terrigaltennis.com.au of the time you wish at attend to make up and we will advise you if there is space in the class to make up. These make ups can be transferred over terms however you will need to be enrolled for the next term to be able to use these makeups. 

If for any reason you choose to leave before the end of the term, you will not be given a refund for any missed lessons. Students who receive long term illness or injury can arrange for a credit, provided their illness or injury is longer than 4 sessions. A doctor’s certificate may be required at the coach's discretion. 

By agreeing to our terms and conditions, you acknowledge and consent that your child may be photographed or filmed for social media purposes. If you do not agree to this policy, please let Coach Maddie know at the time of your enrolment.

By taking on our services you understand and agree to all of these conditions.

Cash payment is preferred for our tennis camps. If you could put you cash in an envelope with your child's name so we can mark you off.  

If the session is missed by a student, it will not be rescheduled, nor will there be a refund of payment, as their position was held within a scheduled timetable. It is the student’s responsibility to arrive to the session on time as scheduled.

Our tennis camps will be running regardless of weather. We will have activities set up inside and outside undercover and any chance we get to get on the courts we will be on!

We do allow for cancellations provided that we receive 48 hours notice. In that case we will either offer a refund or transfer the payment to another date if rescheduling.
