Court Hire Terms & Conditions
- Only tennis is allowed to be played on these courts.
- The hirer shall use only the court/s booked in his or her name & play for only the specific time paid for.
- Tennis type shoes only must be worn by each player - black ripple soles, heels, thongs and sandles etc are not permitted.
- Food, drinks, cigarettes, skateboards, roller-skates & bikes are forbidden on these courts.
- Small children are not permitted inside the court fence unless playing tennis.
- The last party leaving the complex accepts responsibility for locking court gates & making sure the night court lights are switched off.
- Keys must not be passed on to any other person but returned to the booking agent (if applicable) on completion of booking during business hours, or placed in the night slot (disabled toilet chute) when outside of business hours.
- Night players are requested to leave area as quickly and quietly as possible.
