WHAT YOU WILL LEARN

1. FOREHAND

2. BACKHAND

3. SERVE

4. VOLLEYS

5. STRATEGY

The forehand in the modern game has now become the weapon of choice and a good technique is vital to hit the ball with consistancy and power. We focus hard to develop the forehand to produce a solid ground stroke

The backhand is often the weaker side of a player, you will learn how to build the foundation and strength in the backhand that will become as solid as a rock.

50% of all points are played with you starting the point with a serve, it is a vital part of the game where you can dictate how that point is played. Having a great first and second serve will go along way to winning matches

While the volleys are not used as much in the modern game it is a great option for the surprise tactic. The basics of the volley is taught so that all strokes are covered.

Fusce Once you become good enough to play competitively and you have good srtoke foundations the strategic part of the game becomes very important. Being able to put together a game plan and make decisions on the run in a match is often the deciding factor in winning or losing.

Tennis Learning Company can show you the ways to create a game plan, look for weakness of your opponent and how to tap into that to create more opportunities of winning.
